EVENT PRICING AND DETAILS

 We're so glad you're considering our "Backyard" for a special place to host your event. Our grounds are best suited to accommodate groups of 10 to 50. All events are "private & exclusive use only", meaning when your group is here, there will never be another group on the property competing for the use of the activity areas.

Basic Venue Pricing for Your Day-Use Event

 A minimum of 10 paying guests in your party is required to reserve a date for your event.  All events are scheduled for 3 hours each, unless prior arrangements are made.

--Age 5 and over - $10 each
--Parents accompanying their children age 16 & under - 5 each
--Age 4 and under & Two (2) Event Chaperones - No Charge

The Swimmin' Hole at Tranquility Hollow

 Available April 15-October 31 (weather permitting)
Unheated-$75          Heated-$150

The Swimmin' Hole is a family-friendly lagoon style pool with a 15' winding water slide, rocks, and waterfalls. The pool has a shallow deck for sunbathing or is a perfect area for toddlers to play. A bench seat surrounds the shallow end, lonog enough to accommodate at least 6 adults.


Basic Notices & Rules

Swim at your own risk. There is No Lifeguard Available
No running around the pool area
No on will be allowed to swim alone
Minimum of 4 and a maximum of 20 guests allowed in the pool at any one time
Appropriate adult supervision is required for all guests under the age of 16
The deep end is less than 6' deep - absolutely no diving allowed
Use of "swim shoes" is encouraged, but not required

 The T.H. Zipline

Ride At Your Own Risk!
$3 per person/per ride
(includes a brief orientation session, 2 property attendants & safety harnesses)

The "Thrill in the Hollow" Zipline is 350' long and 35' high and delivers a quick dose of adrenaline! 
Minimum age: 5 years old          Maximum weight: 250 lbs.

Available for rides only with assistance of property attendants during your scheduled event. We do not supply Safety Helmets.  Please bring a helmet if you choose to wear one.

 We're able to provide approximately 25 rides per hour. 

Additional Information and Notices

Event times available for Day-Use Events
Basic Parties are 3 hours which include set-up and clean-up time allowance.
Afternoon - Between the hours of 11 am - 4 pm
Evening - Between the hours of 3 pm -10 pm
(or other time frames, if available, may be considered by T.H. Management)

Fire Pits
Fire pits are to be started by a property attendant only! At least one adult in your party must be present at all times at the Fire Pit(s) in use. Property attendant may decide, at their discretion, that the weather (i.e. too windy) is not suitable for lighting the Fire Pits.

Supervision of Children
When children under age 16 are "playing" in different areas around the grounds, at least one adult must be present for supervision in each of those areas.

NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY, except -
For the comfort of our non-smoking guests, and for the protection of our heavily wooded property, we ask that your guests smoke only in the Designated Area. Please ask for the location. Thank you for your cooperation.
   
Alcoholic Bevarages
BYO and serve yourself - Beer & Wine only. Should your event call for a full bar to be provided, you must hire a licensed bartender to serve. Please drink responsibly and make sure your have a designated driver in your party. 
Release of Liability
All guests must complete and sign a Release of Liability form before participating in any activity or event.

Payment of Fees
Non-Refundable fee of 50% of basic venue price is due at time of booking to save the date.

2. All Credit Cards accepted on our Square Register -Mobile Card Reader:
* Credit Card in person (add 2.75% for card processing)
* Credit Card by phone (add 3.5% for card processing)

Balance plus Refundable $100 damage/cleaning deposit due at least 7 days prior to event. If no damages or excessive cleaning is required, security deposit will be mailed to you in the form of a check within 10 days after the event, or you may choose to apply the $100 damage deposit to the final balance due.
